8. ​The provision of personal data by the data subject is a condition for the processing of a non-binding offer. Failure to provide the data constitutes an obstacle to the processing of the non-binding offer.
9. The controller shall not carry out any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects on the data subject or affect him or her in a similar way.
